Carol Wedding is President and co-founder of IST. She is an electrical engineer with over 25 years experience in displays electronics. Ms. Wedding holds over 30 patents for her work in flat panel displays as well as Plasma-shell™ applications. Ms. Wedding manages business development for IST, oversees IP development, and assists with project management.

Adeline Miermont Butcher PhD is a Research Scientist and coordinates several on-going projects at IST. Her main research focus is optimizing IST’s proprietary Plasma-shell™ performance for color display applications. In addition, she directs research in water purification using UV emitting Plasma-shells™. Dr. Miermont received her MS in Chemical Engineering from the National Graduate School of Engineering Chemistry of Lille in France and her PhD in Chemistry from the University of Toledo.

Lee Cross is a program manager at IST and is PI on three government contracts researching the RF and optical properties of Plasma-shells for high power microwave shielding and detection applications. He runs the high power microwave testing lab and anechoic chamber, does full-wave simulations of antenna and microwave filter structures, and develops manufacturing processes to integrate Plasma- shells™ into new applications. Mr. Cross holds a M.S. in Electrical Engineering, and is currently working toward his Ph.D. with research in tunable microwave cavity filters.

Donald K Wedding, Sr. Advisor, Patent Counsel has served as Intellectual Property advisor since IST started in 1997. Under his direction, IST has been awarded over 50 patents. He has also been instrumental in assisting with several licensing agreements. Donald Wedding was founder of Photonics companies, which spun out IST in 1997.
